Shipping add $5.00 for USPS Media Mail (4-10 days). Please add $1.00 for each additional book included in the same order. USPS Priority Mail (2 to 3 days for most areas) is available. Please inquire.
California residents add 7.25% sales tax.
All orders will be shipped the next day after payment is received. Personal checks must clear before shipment. The books are packaged with stiff cardboard and mailed in padded envelopes for extra protection during transport.

All books denoted as being available for pre-order receive free USPS Media Mail shipping within the U.S.
